There was an issue on the server which is causing many accounts and scripts to fail. This is affecting many sites and is causing high loads on the servers. We have identified what the problem is, unfortunately, the only way to fully correct this is to recompile key parts of the operating system, and then restore accounts from our most recent backups to the server.

The cause of this issue is very complex and we have identified it. We have made changes to the way we are updating servers so that this should not ever occur again.
We are very sorry this is taking a longer than our normal turn around times, however we are working on the issue as quickly as we can.

Restore is 100% completed.

We make periodic backups of the site and database ourselves, but theirs appears to be newer than ours. All account created since the backup are believed to have been recreated, though some of your profile information may be missing. Accounts have been added using your registered PayPal address, rather than a different one you may have used. This can be changed by each user in their own profile.
